# On-ramp providers

**Date last revised: 5 September 2026**

[*Terms of Service*](/readme.md) *·* [*Privacy Policy*](/privacy-policy.md) *·* [*End User Licence Agreement*](/eula.md) *·* [*On-ramp providers*](/providers.md)

This page lists the third-party payment providers through which fiat purchases of digital assets may be completed in the application, as referred to in clause 7 of the [Terms of Service](/readme.md) and section 4 of the [Privacy Policy](/privacy-policy.md).

Each provider contracts with you directly, as principal, under its own terms of service and privacy policy, and carries out its own identity verification. The Operator is not a party to the fiat transaction and does not receive identity documents, verification data or verification outcomes from any provider.

As at the date last revised above, the providers are:

| Provider | Contracting entity | Service |
| -------- | ------------------------------------------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------ |
| Banxa | Banxa.com Pty Ltd (ACN 636 162 162) and its affiliates | Fiat on-ramp — purchase of USDC or SOL on the Solana network |

Each provider publishes its own terms of service and privacy policy on its own website, and those govern your purchase. The provider used for a given purchase is identified to you in the application before you proceed, and you contract with that provider there.

This page is updated when a provider is added or removed. A provider named here is one made available in the application; it does not necessarily follow that every provider is available to you, as each applies its own country and payment-method restrictions in addition to the restrictions in the [Terms of Service](/readme.md).
